Best laptops for best deals.?

Okay I need to find a nice laptop for a great deal! Preferably under $450. My friend and I have been looking and can't seem to find one. We want one with a good webcam, light and portable, long lasting battery, and doesn't overheat easily. Also, we are looking to get a Tablet and want to be sure it would work on it. Thank you!
