Your opinion on the mandatory minimum sentence for marijuana possession by the conservative government?

Kids who are just experimenting with drugs will now have to serve 3 years if caught, and will have their lives ruined and will most likely turn into lifelong criminals. This is the hs-10 bill proposed by the conservative government, and now that they have a majority, they can do as they please. Time to start rounding up all those kids at University of Western Ontario and Queens University, right conservatives? After all, they are criminals and should be in prison for 60,000$/year, all at the expense of the taxpayer.
