Computer shutting off for no reason? Possibly overheating?

Well I know that you can view your internal Temperature(in Celsius) by going to your BIOS and also change if you want it to turn off randomly or not. Their isn't exactly an "ideal" Temperature, I would say to try to keep it below 140 but below 175 when gaming. As long as your computer start making some random noise you've never heard before, your good.
