Intel i7 2600 (not k) overheating?

I have an H50 water cooler and cpu usage is at 1% Why is it getting to 80 degrees Celcius!? HELPHELPHELP! Is this a false reading, or is it correct? BTW i have 5 case fans and the room temp is 70 degrees farenheight help me please!
