I like this girl alot, but i need girl advice. Help?

Well, she would probably be hesitant about getting into a relationship with her best friend after the way her last one ended, so you make sure you have a strong, trusting relationship first. You could take her on a romantic meal or something for her birthday maybe? or to the beach or park, all the classic romantic sites. Then she will get the idea that you like her and something is likely to happen from there. If she's the one who normally initiates the conversations then it sounds as though she likes you and trusts you a lot, so it should work out well! Hope it all turns out well :) x
