if youre going to use ninetails for SA you might as well use Arcanine or Houndoom, just because houndoom has better SA and Arcanine has better survivability. switch feraligators surf with waterfall because his attack is better than his SA making waterfall better and end game youre going to be fighting people who have better SD than defense. having tyranitar is good but also note how many weaknesses he has (fighting, water, grass, ground, steel).
