What can I do to lose weight!? I've tried everything!?

First of all relax and let your mind rest. You don't need to worry about what others have to say to you or care about their opinion. Just be happy about yourself and try to ignore such statements. Secondly, try to eat healthy foods and maintain 30 min walk/run exercise daily. Trust me you will begin to see changes in no time and you will look even better than you are right now. So let go what the stranger said and do what you think is the best for yourself. Good luck!
